Many software problems can be, including slow performance, virus clean-ups, email and printer issues and general troubleshooting. Remote help is $125 per hour with a one-hour minimum. If a remote session won't solve it, we'll say so and suggest an onsite visit instead.
Is a 7 year old computer worth fixing?
Often yes, particularly if it's slow because of software or an old drive. Upgrades are for desktops: an SSD or RAM upgrade can make an older desktop feel much quicker. For laptops we offer battery replacement and software tune-ups. If the machine isn't worth more money, we'll tell you plainly so you can decide.
